Eastern Oklahoma State College contacted FMEG in the fall of 2012 and requested assistance in filing applications for two new stations it had won in an FCC’s auction. On October 10, 2012, FMEG submitted an application on behalf of Texas Public Radio to modify the construction permit for new station of KTPR (Snyder, TX).
