Eastern Oklahoma State College contacted FMEG in the fall of 2012 and requested assistance in filing applications for two new stations it had won in an FCC’s auction.
FMEG also determined that the Red Oak Station could be upgraded from Class A to Class C3.
Construction permits for both stations were issued on November 19 and 20, 2012.
