In August, FMEG received a request to assist in saving a full-power commercial FM station construction permit with an expiration date in September.
FMEG analyzed potential tower sites and submitted a modification application so that the station could be built in time to preserve the CP.
The modified CP was issued on August 21, 2013. Texas Public Radio completed construction and filed a license application in time to save the facility.
