Media Bureau Establishes October 27, 2009, Initial Filing Date for Acceptance of Certain Noncommercial Educational FM Minor Change Applications, Public Notice, DA 09-2214, released October 13, 2009. On and after October 27, 2009, NCE FM applicants do not have to show compliance with Section 73.525 with respect to those Channel 6 television stations that ceased analog operation on Channel 6 and has a new DTV channel assignment.
